We cannot offer returns, exchange or refunds on:
- Items that are marked down or are purchased during a sale or offer event
- Gift vouchers
- Items purchased from a Kip&Co stockist. You'll need to contact the store directly
- Due to hygiene standards we do not offer returns on any underwear or swimwear unless deemed faulty
- Products that are damaged upon opening or damaged through unreasonable wear and tear
- Kip&Co does not offer refunds on items that are showing our courier service is able to evidence as ‘delivered’
