New Zealand customers: Your GST is included in our price for orders under NZ$1000. However, any orders over NZ$1000 in value will attract duties charges of several hundred dollars when it arrives in New Zealand, so please plan for this additional expense in your purchasing.

All other countries: Kip&Co prices and shipping rates DO NOT include duties, customs and taxes of the countries we ship to, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Kip&Co will not accept returns or provide any refunds for duties or customs and taxes.

Kip&Co will not accept 'return to sender' where duties, customs and taxes have not been paid.
