Australian: It usually takes us 2-3 business days to dispatch, although can be longer during peak launch, sale and holiday periods.
With our Boxing Day Sales, it will take up to 5 business days for our Team to pick and pack your orders. 

After dispatch from our warehouse, shipping within Australia generally takes between 2-8 business days.

For Express Post orders (which we don't offer during large sale events or stocktake) shipping will typically take 2-3 days from dispatch. We are unable to offer same-day dispatch.

During sale and peak launch times dispatch will take longer than usual. Please be patient while we will pick, pack and ship your order as soon as possible.

USA & Canada: After dispatch from our warehouse, shipping generally takes between 5-15 business days. During sale times dispatch will take longer than usual. Please be patient while we will pick, pack and ship your order as soon as possible.
